Pro tip: ADD CHOCCY MILK TO YOUR OVERNIGHT OATS 🍫
If you’re an overnight oats fan like I am, do yourself a favour and add some @thecollectivenz plant based chocolate milk instead of almond milk! You can thank me later 🤤
While I don’t have an exact recipe, I used rolled oats, chocolate milk (I added a few tbsp of almond milk too) 1 tsp cacao powder, 1 tsp vanilla essence and a scoop of @twoislandsco chocolate protein powder and a sprinkle of cacao nibs.
Overnight oats have been a uni staple for me lately, so quick and convenient to make the night before 🍫

Speaking of baking and lockdown, what’s your go to lockdown baking?
For me it’s always tricky things like macrons, dacquoise, croissants and today - pain au chocolat. I have no idea why I lean towards French pastries during lockdowns but I just do! 🥐🇫🇷

A crunchy peanut butter slice, made with the goodness of @twoislandsco peanut butter protein powder, @nutbrothers peanut butter and some crunchy puffed quinoa and buckwheat pieces 💗
*Add 2-3 tbsp of maple syrup to the slice mixture*
And of course, it’s not a slice without a crunchy chocolate topping - too good 🥜

While I’m not going anywhere overseas soon, my tastebuds have been with this Mediterranean inspired platter, with some delicious @elysianfoods products 🇬🇷

I opted for a pita bread, smeared with tzatziki, Greek salad and falafel 🥙🧆

With Pancake Tuesday (Shrove Tuesday) on the 16th of February soon approaching, it’s time to get some pancake inspiration with this delicious pancake platter board. 
But you can’t have pancakes without some delicious @nutbrothers smooth PEANUT BUTTER, whether it’s in the pancakes or on top 🥞💛

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup + 2tbsp white spelt flour
1 tsp baking powder 
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup almond milk + 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 
3 tbsp @nutbrothers SMOOTH peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla essence

METHOD:
1. Add apple cider vinegar to almond milk and let it rest for a few minutes
2. Add all dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine
3. In a seperate bowl add all wet ingredients and whisk until combined 
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and gently mix until smooth and combined. Be careful not to over mix. 
5. On a pan on low heat, use a 1/3 measuring cup of pancake mixture, flipping once bubbles have formed and cook until golden and cooked through.

I’ve been to the leaning tower of Pisa and now also the leaning tower of PANCAKES 🥞 
Stacked with delicious berries (including my very own homegrown blueberries 🫐!), granola and of course the important maple syrup drip! 
This delicious stack is the pancake recipe from @elsas_wholesomelife “Global Vegan” cookbook, wish my breakfasts looked like this everyday 💛

Packed with yummy veggies and tofu and served with some soy sauce. My rolling might need to be perfected a bit but it’s a perfect way to brighten up your lunch!
Quick question: Does anyone else hate lunchtime? For me it’s the one meal of the day I hate planning for and deciding what to have, but I sure do love eventually eating it 😂

One thing I love is CHOCOLATE 🙌🏻 so no surprise I’m sharing a tasty choccy recipe for you all. 
And of course it has to be paired with raspberries - another classic Dana combo 💗
Made with @fixandfogg chocolate hazelnut butter 🌰

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup chocolate hazelnut spread of choice
1/2 cup melted coconut oil 
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/3 cup freeze dried raspberries 
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence

METHOD:
1. Line a square baking tin with baking paper. 
2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until combined and the mixture holds its shape. 
3. Adjust taste if need and add mixture to tin. Place in fridge or freezer to set. 
4. Once set, drizzle with melted chocolate and hemp seeds and more freeze dried raspberries.
